About Wim Van Kerckhove
Wim graduated as a Master in Political Sciences with the option International Relations and specializes in Human Resources Management.
In 1998 he started as a Research Consultant at VanRam Associates, evolved in a short time to the role of Consultant and, after the acquisition by TMP Worldwide, took over the responsibility of the IT department with a team of about 10 people. In 2001, Wim was given the opportunity to take over and restructure CrossInternational, which was only active in the secondment of technical profiles.
As Managing Partner he succeeded in expanding the company internationally with a range of services in executive search, recruitment outsourcing solutions and human resources consulting.
Building the right team, people and customer-oriented working, organizational development and internationalization are very important to him.
